East Cowes Extension – 3D Plans

This scheme received Isle of Wight Planning Permission based on the 3D visuals demonstrating that although two storey accommodation was being provided to the rear of the property the scheme had been carefully designed so that it was not visible from a public vantage point, which received the support of the Town Council for its sensitive design. We also took care to ensure the extension did not dominate the adjoining bungalow so that good neighbours stayed friends.
