‘Lex’-Walsall Waterfront – Architecture & Engineering

This architectural plan submission for “Lex”, Walsall was to show excitement, flair and imagination to create a defining piece of architecture for Walsall Council on a disused 2.26 acre site. Our proposal was to create an inviting public realm environment serving a hotel, offices, bars and restaurants and residential accommodation.
