Elmstone Design LLP inherited a Planning Permission and through taking the brief from the client were able to advise the client the Planning Permission didn’t represent what they thought they were getting with the building several feet shorter than intended and very narrow circulation at first floor.

Elmstone Design LLP obtained a revised Planning Permission, undertook Building Regulation and Structural Engineering Design to create spaces to suit a growing family.
